In this short blog post I'll show you how to create and share a collection of Twitter Tweets.
A collection is an editable group of Tweets hand-selected by a Twitter user or programmatically managed via collection APIs. Each collection is public and has its own page on twitter.com, making it easy to share and embed in your website and apps.
This feature is handy for content creators who tweet multiple tweets that belong to the same topic over a more extended time.
A good example is the #365DaysIOSAccessibility posts from Daniel Devesa Derksen-Staats. They are pure gold and deserve their own website in my opinion. Daniel can still use Twitter to compose and publish his tweets, but he could also add them to a collection. That collection is embedded in a website and automatically updates whenever a tweet is added. How cool is that!
TweetDeck supports adding Tweets to a collection simply by drag & drop. I will show you this and more in my YouTube video in less than 240 seconds.
Please visit the Twitter Developer Documentation for further information, especially the REST API for collections.
