As someone in the tech industry for years, I have seen the power of a strong developer community. That's why I decided to take action last year. I supported and sponsored 26 Swift and iOS developers over twelve months during my pledge year.

Each person I sponsored contributes to the vibrant Swift and iOS community through open-source projects, newsletters, blogs, talks, or other initiatives.

The hardest part is finding a person you want to support AND who provides you with the means to do so. Too often, I wanted to sponsor a person but I was unable to find a link. That's where this article comes to the rescue. All people listed here with a link to the sponsoring platform of their choice
